What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 unit per SKU for trial orders, and 200 units for mass production. For our contract program clients, we can arrange dedicated capacity for recurring orders of any volume. Contact us to discuss your specific needs
How long does sample development take?
Standard sample development takes 12–15 business days from the date we receive your approved drawings or technical brief. Complex upholstery or multi-material products may require up to 20 days. We provide photos and video updates throughout the process.
What certifications does your factory hold?
We are ISO 9001 certified and have CARB Phase 2 compliance for all wood-based panels. We can also facilitate FSC chain-of-custody certification, BIFMA testing, and EN 16139 compliance for commercial furniture upon request.
Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits from qualified B2B buyers. We'll arrange accommodation in Shanghai, a full facility tour, and meetings with our design and production teams. Virtual factory tours via video call are also available.
What materials do you work with?
We work with solid hardwoods (oak, walnut, ash, beech), MDF, plywood, steel, aluminum, upholstery fabric and leather, rattan, marble tops, and glass. We maintain relationships with 80+ verified material suppliers to source to your exact specifications.
Do you offer private label / white label manufacturing?
Yes. We offer full private label services including custom branding, packaging, swing tags, and documentation. Many of our clients sell Kino-manufactured furniture under their own brand names across Europe, North America, and Australia.
